My best guy friend needs some flirting tips for tonight!!!?

He asked this girl he likes to go to his banquet with him but he asked her to go as "just friends". He really likes her so i am trying to get a few good tips together for him so i can give them to him before he goes to the banquet tonight and hopefully i can calm him down a little lol.

I already told him to help her out of the car and i told him that a good way to get to hold her hand would be if the room was crowded to slip his hand into hers so they wouldn't get separated and he could help her get through the crowd (subtle but very effective lol)

Anyone else have any tips i can give him?
conversation topics?
Ways he can get closer to her (kind of like my hand suggestion)?
A way to ask her out again?
Anything is welcome and appreciated!

(ps alot of parents including his are going to be there so it can't be to PDA or obvious)

Well....looking into her eyes...smile....But not like...forced smiles...lol Complement her....Ask her out by saying "This was fun, we should hang out again sometime soon" Or something like it. conversation- Always things that interest her, or her family, what she wants to do in her future. Answer and ask questions, Pull out her chair for her.....(banquet...you eat!) and sit next to her. Get her things...but don't smother her. If the chairs are set right and there is some sort of show/ movie put your arms around her. Tell her you had fun, and that you'll call later. And don't forget to say She looks great.
