So my girlfriend and I have been together 3 years and she just recently got pregnant !!!!!!! weve been hoping for a family..Anyways, our best friend donated his sperm to help us out and the 3 of us have decided that he will not be a father role nor play a parenting role in the childs life at all!! question is, how easy is it for him to sign off all parental rights or does he even have to do that? we just wanna be safe in the long run, so years down the road we are still prtotected..any advice or answers would help thank u
the baby wil have plenty off male role models in its life and the donors name doesnt need to be on the birth certificate, because we are in california were registered domestic partners and both of our names are put on the bc
