What else needs to be done to bring my parents to the US?
I'm a US citizen and filed I130's for both of my parents who live in Mexico. USCIS approved the application and sent the case to the National Visa Center. The NVC already mailed me the affidavit of support paperwork. My question is, after mailing back the affidavit, along with the required fees, what else needs to be done? After doing this step, are they going to be in the waiting list for a visa interview in the US consulate in Mexico? Also, how much more money should I expect to pay?
Next they will have to fill out the application and gather all the required documents. You will pay another $400 each.
